HIGHER EDUCATION

 

The Higher Education program supports students with vision impairment studying at college and universities. The Center provides them food and accommodation, tuition fees, and other expenditures, and special educational devices and materials. Students with vision impairment who do not stay at the Center, get scholarships co-operated by the Blind Vietnamese Children Foundation and Nhat Hong Center. The Center provides vocational service when they are high school students to help them to know their abilities and desires, so that they can choose suitable subjects and the university. During their study at university, they are provided with additional support to help them follow the university curriculum. They also receive counselling, technology support, vocational counselling, independence training and soft skills training to be able to find a job and to maintain a job in the future.
